In my previous role (from 2014 to 2022), I led the relaunch of a wholesale website, transforming the customer experience into a premium offering. I championed a customer-centric design and implemented a hyper-focused concierge type customer sales & service approach, all with a strong foundation in SEO and updated premium graphic design/layout feel. Through a strategic combination of on-page & technical white hat SEO tactics and Google Paid Search campaigns (shopping & contextual), I drove a 100% increase in product price, a significant rise in website traffic (over 100%), and a remarkable 400% growth in overall sales within two years. In 2021 they decided to reduce prices, overhaul relaunch the website and go back to a wholesale/high-volume structure.
